St. Petersburg is nicknamed "The Sunshine City" because, on average, it's sunny 361 days a year. Unfortunately, sunshine doesn't always equate to happiness; anxiety, peer conflict, and everyday stressors can still affect our daily lives.

Counseling can help you understand why you haven't been feeling like yourself or why you haven't found a solution to the problem you have been struggling with. Therapy can help you gain the coping tools you need to feel hopeful. If you or your child has been struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, being a college student, or just being a millennial, you've come to the right place.

I specialize in working with youth and young adults, ages 11-35, and see clients in person in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida and virtually across Florida.
